About The Event

Ever wonder why we label emotions as either "good" or "bad". Or why we think feelings are an absolute individual responsibility?

In Part 2 of Decentering Colonial Frameworks, we’re going to unpack these questions. These systems have quietly crept into how we feel, how we organize our emotions, and even how we decide what’s “normal.” And because they’re so dominant, it’s hard to notice them, but when we look deeper, we uncover the western-centric, colonial ways of thinking that are deemed as the only correct, neutral and unviersal way of conceptualizing emotions.

It's time we have the conversation on the weaponization of emotions. How many of these legacies are still echoing in your emotional world? And how do they shape your relationship to yourself?

This workshop is interactive, discussion-driven, and awareness-building. Together, we’ll explore these invisible systems, share wisdom, and open space for agency, so you can consciously choose and…

What is Loving To Love?

Loving To Love is a space for those who feel called to explore love as both a practice and a way of being; Those who sense that love is not just a feeling, but an act of radical ownership, responsibility, and integration. Here, we treat love as something that is not private. It is inherently relational. It dares to be seen. It reaches across divisions and dissolves the privileges of separation. It asks us to tend to the whole system, not just patch its leakages.

Through Decolonial and Liberation-oriented psychology-based coaching, consulting, and interactive workshops, Loving To Love creates spaces for dialogue, self-inquiry, and decolonial reflection, where we can question, unlearn, and reimagine what alignment and wholeness mean.
