Corporate Wellbeing

IF YOU NEED SUPPORT WITH:

  • Psychological safety at work

  • Healthier communication and conflict

  • A culture where people can speak up

My trainings and wellbeing sessions are for those that are ready to look at their systems not symptoms.

I am curious about exploring the conditions that determine whether people feels safe enough to speak, stable enough to stay, and seen enough to contribute fully. I support organisations in building cultures where psychological safety isn't a policy but a lived practice: where conflict is navigated with honesty and care, communication is real rather than performed, and people experience genuine autonomy rather than the illusion of it. This work is grounded in the Kenyan workplace context; its relational textures, its pressures, and its possibilities.

Capacity Building

IF YOU NEED SUPPORT WITH:

  • Stronger communication skills

  • More confident teams and leadership

  • Emotional intelligence

Skills are only as powerful as the relational ground they stand on.

My capacity building work strengthens that ground; developing emotional intelligence, honest communication, and the ability to move through power dynamics without losing yourself in them.

A central thread throughout is voice: helping individuals and teams find the confidence to speak up, show up, and engage from a place of clarity rather than fear or silence. The aim is not just more capable people, but more equitable, relationally conscious workplaces.

Decolonial Inquiry

IF YOU NEED SUPPORT WITH:

  • Awareness of coloniality in the workplace

  • Centering African-rooted approaches

  • Relational, less hierarchical leadership

Frustrated that your meetings are loud with silence. That your team defers every decision and moves around you with fear. Before calling it a culture problem... ask whether this hierarchical template of leadership was ever really ours?

Many dynamics we've normalised were inherited, not organic. Colonial legacies live on in who is heard, how power moves, and which ways of knowing are treated as legitimate.

This work is for organisations ready to go beneath strategies and techniques. For those that are ready to revisit the psychological frameworks they operate from, root in Africentric philosophies of leadership, and build cultures that are truly empowering to everyone, not just those in power.

Project Management

IF YOU NEED SUPPORT WITH:

  • Project planning & coordination

  • Production & community projects

  • Social Impact Partnerships

I support with project management for Jukumu Letu CBO Kenya, where I mobilise a team of ethically grounded, transparent, and impact-driven professionals to support organisations and partners in delivering community and production-based projects.

In this role, I have supported initiatives such as a recent partnership involving the production of jewellery for one of Europe’s largest jewellery companies, coordinating the process from planning through to execution.

If you have a project, production process, or service initiative that you would like to bring to life within your community, I offer both myself and my team to help structure, manage, and actualise it in a way that is aligned with your vision and intentions.

What is Loving To Love?

Loving To Love is a space for those who feel called to explore love as both a practice and a way of being; Those who sense that love is not just a feeling, but an act of radical ownership, responsibility, and integration. Here, we treat love as something that is not private. It is inherently relational. It dares to be seen. It reaches across divisions and dissolves the privileges of separation. It asks us to tend to the whole system, not just patch its leakages.

Through Decolonial and Liberation-oriented psychology-based coaching, counselling, consulting, and interactive workshops, Loving To Love creates spaces for dialogue, self-inquiry, and decolonial reflection, where we can question, unlearn, and reimagine what alignment and wholeness mean.
