I offer therapy in person in Nairobi, and online for people across Kenya and Kenyans living abroad.
Having lived in both Kenya and Europe, I bring an understanding of the cultural, historical, and social contexts that shape our lived experiences, both here in Kenya and across the diaspora. My work is also informed by an in-depth understanding of BIPOC experiences, biracial identity, colourism, and the ways power and privilege shape how we move through the world.
When I was filling out this part of my website, I kept asking myself:
What do I hope therapy with me feels like?
The answer that came was the sun on your skin at six o’clock in the evening in Kenya: warm, unhurried, and holding you just as you are. Like in this picture.
I remember my mom would often share a saying from Kalenjin spirituality around Asis (the sun) with me: the sun shines on everyone. It doesn’t choose who deserves its warmth. That’s what I want this space to be. A place where you can arrive fully as yourself, at whatever stage of becoming you’re in, and where nothing is too embarrassing or too small to talk about.
This matters deeply to me. I’ve seen up close, through people I love, what it means to live with mental health struggles and disability, and what judgement and bullying can do to a person. I know, personally, how much a loving, open and non-judgemental space can change things. That is at the very core of my work.

These are some of the most common ones, but are not limited to...

Discovery Call
If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free discovery call where we can explore what support you’re looking for, any questions you may have, and whether this space feels like the right fit for you.
You do not need to know exactly what to say, have everything figured out, or be “good” at expressing emotions before starting. We can figure that out together.
